The Wine Up

The greatest drinking session of all time was phoned into by Caroline B. Most expensive drink chat with a 1954 sweet wine worth a few quid. Chats about soft play and the potential for sick parties. A blether about Icelandic foods and the fermented shark situation. Football isn't it. First mention of MFC's impending birthday. Lots of derogatory but also much heartfelt loveliness from the MFC/CGR family.

The wine up choices are numbers 18, 19 and 20 a fine selection well received.

Banger v Clanger

Jacob off on important duties (As they say in the big place - curating/comparing) so Trish spins the wheel of time and it is 1971. Julia (Mrs Dennis Newsagent) rang in with her usual exceptional chat. The choices 23 and 24 were top tunes. More birthday mentions and congratulations on a great show; it was one to file on the award winning show contenders. The votes were as follows: 11 votes for WGO (Mrs DNA) and 10 for Shafted by MFC - the people win again. Better luck next time MFC.

Song for the lovers

Special shout out to Lisa Spider Ducky, hope you're feeling better soon, a song dedicated by Bunj and referred to you by Matt, check out the gorgeous Number 11.

Episode notes

First show after the Iceland trip and the much lamented lost session. Also the pre MFC birthday show Shh! A packed Discordian revelling in the bell of booze, name the most expensive tipple you have bought, or as happened the cheapest. Has the double filth concept been updated to the filthy foursome, oh I surely do think so, thanks Andy from Accrington. A marvellous evening full of fun and frolics. The Chunk of Drunk will it happen, we just don't know, it must, we need it. HA! Mutter mutter, ah well, a couple of more tunes must be had. Yay! The show closed with another cracking soul song - see you next week gardeners. Some of the later tunes may not have made the final cut as Matt mentioned he may have forgotten to extend the recording. N.B. MixCloud only covers the first 2:59 minutes.
