BBC Radio 6 Music
BBC Radio 6 Music is a British digital radio station owned, operated and broadcasted by the BBC. It specialises in alternative music, playing artists from several genres. It is available through digital platforms only, including BBC Sounds, DAB radio, digital television, smart speakers and via satellite.
Shaun Keaveny was a prominent broadcaster on the station, joining 6 Music in 2007, presenting its late evening show. He took over the breakfast show in April 2007 until December 2018 where he moved to the afternoon slot. He remained on the afternoon slot until his departure in September 2021.
