Discord is a VoIP and instant messaging social platform. Users have the ability to communicate with voice calls, video calls, text messaging, media and files in private chats or as part of communities called "servers". It is used by [[Community Garden Radio]] to allow listeners to chat along with the show, send in requests and content instantly rather than via e-mail and chat about other topics outside of show hours. It is free to join, although it is encouraged to subscribe to the show if using the server.
