The Chain is a playlist created by Gina on the Community Garden Radio Discord. It is a never-ending collaborative playlist on Stream on Spotify Spotify[externalLinks 1] which invites Gardeners to add songs to the playlist with tedious or tenuous links from the previous one in the playlist. According to Gina, it is the "same concept as Radcliffe & Maconie" with their feature on BBC Radio 6 Music[externalLinks 2]

The Chain Game was started on 28th September 2022, born from discussion on the #mixes Discord Channel. A dedicated thread[externalLinks 3] was set up for discussion.
