The Laughing Gnome

The Laughing Gnome is a recurring feature on Community Garden Radio. It features Shaun Keaveny using the pitch shift on the mixer to sing over songs in a high-pitched voice. The feature takes inspiration from the David Bowie song of the same name which was featured in episode 032.
